This program will be boys, age 12-13. This will be a 12 week program, 10 weeks of regular season with the final two weeks being playoffs. Scores will be kept and standings compiled from the first week. The program will be run by the Rec Program Director. Baskets will be at the 10'-0" height. The goal of Seventh and Eighth  grade program is to create a competitive environment where all players can have fun. Teams may have practice if gym space allows however they may not practice. Coaches are encouraged to foster development in players not already involved in travel programs and put travel players in a supporting role were they may work on weaknesses in their own games. The focus of this age grouping is fun in a competitive environment.
